The Garden District is the residential district of Southlake Town Square, generally bounded by Central Avenue to the west, Park Ridge Boulevard to the north and east, and the original Main Street Brownstones to the south. It includes The Meeting Street Brownstones, The Park Ridge Brownstones, The Parkview Residences luxury condominiums, and select custom homes.
While life in the Garden District puts you steps from all of life’s conveniences and luxuries, the neighborhood is set quietly and privately apart. There are no through-streets, and so there’s almost no traffic. It’s the epitome of the concept of new urbanism, where you live in a vibrant town center, but the lifestyle is definitively residential. Short walks replace short car trips, and the idea of neighborhood takes on new meaning.
Residents of The Garden District enjoy views of the newly constructed Brian R. Stebbins Memorial Park, a spacious green area lined with shady trees. It’s a nice place for parents, children, and dogs to get to know one another.
