2014 was a year not to be forgotten in the North Texas real estate market. A strong population and job growth resulted in a real estate boom hit many cities within the Dallas Metroplex, which lead to a significant increase in home values and a surge in real estate construction developments.
As we know, North Texas is home to many corporate head offices. And with the relocation of the Toyota headquarters from Southern California to West Plano in late 2016, we will continue to see a surge in real estate.
