August Construction Update - Part 2 - The Parkview Residences at Southlake Town Square

As you can see in the photo, the stone pavers at our building’s entrance add a touch of timeless sophistication to the arrival experience. This is the only structure in Town Square with this attention to detail.

We have also included a look at the ceiling in the second floor Club Room kitchen, where you see the gold ceiling that matches the interior of the bookcases in this room. Stone for the Club Room kitchen cabinetry is being prepared for placement, after which a final touch up will take place. We are about to hang the last wall covering and mount the television, at which point this stunning common space will be complete.

Next, we have included pictures of the upper floor elevator lobbies. Every lobby is adorned with a different color backing—white, brown, lavender, and charcoal—to make each floor unique and provide a special sense of arrival.

At each lobby there is a tile accent floor followed by a picture framed wall enclosing a unique finish material, creating an original entrance experience for each floor of the building.

Now that the wood veneer walls have been installed in the mailroom, finish tile can be placed above the mail counter at the room’s entrance. The Club Room fireplace is getting tiled, after which it will be surrounded by a perimeter of metal work to give it an old school look. All wood trim in the ceiling coves is being installed and stained, along with all the entryways to the main lobby.

Mirrors have been hung from the parking garage into the lobby. They are set to receive a unique applique for a sophisticated arrival experience. Tile is being placed in both the north and south entrance lobbies, and grout and brass sconces are next.

The final cast stone is being installed in the front entrance portico. Now that all pavers are in place, we can begin to install our courtyard lighting.

Living floor hallways are nearing completion, with decorative picture framing on the walls to add detail to the corridors. The Club Room kitchen has also received its unique pendant lighting, as seen in the photograph here.
