New Renderings | The Garden District at Southlake Town Sqaure

We are excited to share two NEW renderings depicting The Parkview Residences’ lobby and entrance.

THE LOBBY
The Lobby has a distinguished, classic ambiance. Three large crystal ring chandeliers serve as the focal point of the first floor, bringing a touch of modern “Texas bling” to the space’s midcentury architectural character. Raised ceilings feature light coves trimmed with a dark mahogany high-gloss wood – the same wood used as the trim and baseboard for this entire level. A diamond-shaped salvaged wood floor with brass inserts is accented by grey-and-white aged checkerboard marble tile. The flooring on this level feels as if it has been walked on for years. High-impact artistic visual statements are showcased against a stately period backdrop.

THE ENTRANCE
Glass Durango doors welcome you home and set the tone for tasteful design. A collection of unique teal glass light fixtures suspended above a mosaic tile inset complements the bold, peacock-colored accents in the lobby. From the entrance, you can see the stunning laser-cut bronze metal panel in the building’s main elevator.
