Power of She Success | The Parkview Residences

Last weekend, over 100 empowered women attended The Power of She, a fun-filled fitness event we co-hosted with Athleta at The Brian R. Stebbins Memorial Park. Women from the Southlake community joined us to sweat, stretch, and mingle with new friends just steps from The Parkview Residences.

Many of our owners were among the Southlake residents who met bright and early Saturday morning to check in at our Sales Center before setting up their yoga mats in the park. The day’s events began at 8:30am with 30 minute circuits of Camp Gladiator, Fit4Mom and Urban Vybe Yoga. The beautifully cool weather was perfect for Camp Gladiator’s dynamic and heart-pounding full-body workout. Afterwards, Bethany Gregory, the Brand Ambassador of Fit4Mom, guided everyone through another incredible workout for participants of all abilities. For the last circuit, Brand Ambassador Jo Stokes led a relaxing cool-down yoga class. Once the circuits ended, our special guest, former Real Housewife of Dallas and empowerment coach, Tiffany Hendra, gave a moving speech about stepping out of your comfort zone and living your most authentic life.

Post workout snacks were handed out by Rush Bowls, and a few lucky winners received prizes ranging from free class passes and memberships to local studios, a 60 minute massage from Lavender Hill Spa, Athleta Gift Cards, beauty treatments from Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, full size products from Peter Thomas Roth, a copy of Step up and Stand out by Lori Dixon, and more!

After the event, participants rolled up their mats and walked over to Athleta’s Southlake store for their exclusive Friends & Family Event—their biggest sale of the year. Those who mentioned the “Power of She Event” event at checkout received an additional 20% off their entire purchase.

Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for this fun and empowering event in the heart of The Garden District. We hope to be part of it for years to come, and look forward to hosting more events like this in our community.
