Rustic, handmade thin-crust pizza topped with fresh local ingredients, baked in a stone-fired oven, served with a cold North Texas craft beer. Taverna Rossa Craft Pizza and Beer is bringing its delicious spin on Italian cuisine to Southlake this winter.
Slated to open at the new Park Village development, Taverna Rossa aims to elevate the traditional pizza pie by showcasing hometown flavors and fresh local fare like Texas brisket from Hamm’s Meat Market and Lemley Tomatoes from Canton. Its ample craft beer list will also focus on local favorites, including brews from Revolver, Peticolas, Community, Deep Ellum and Lakewood. If Taverna Rossa’s Southlake restaurant follows the model of its first location in Plano, residents at The Garden District can expect to enjoy great live music from local bands three to four nights a week as well.
